O Nosso Zimbo was supported by LBC with the development of an IT solution to guide the management and administrative activities of the entity.
Integration and capacity building
The solution was aimed at obtaining a global and integrated vision of the cooperative’s operation, as well as the interaction with several agents. This involved identifying the functionalities to be developed for the IT system and the website; the development of the cooperative’s system and website with the identified functionalities; testing the developed systems and loading the initial contents (presentations, reports, studies, maps, photos, etc.) in portuguese language; as well as training and supporting its users in the initial exploration of the system; and also the parameterization and making available the e-mail system.
Training and folow-up
The ten-week project included, for example, the content’s gathering and preparation, as well as training the cooperative’s employees and follow-up (in order to make them autonomous in administering and publishing content, taking their profiles into account).
